VideoPrompt Refund Policy

VideoPrompt sells prepaid, non-recurring credit packages for our AI reverse-engineering tool. Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly, we apply the following clear and fair refund rules.
1. Refund eligibility
- Unused credits: You may request a refund for credit packages that have not been consumed or only partially consumed, within 14 days of purchase. Refunded amounts are proportional: we refund the unused portion of the package.
- Service failure: If the Service fails to process your paid task due to a fault on our side (not caused by third-party AI provider outages beyond our control, misuse, or unsupported file types), the credits charged for that task are automatically returned to your balance. If this does not happen automatically, contact us and we will refund the affected amount.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Duplicate payments or charges made in error will be refunded in full after verification.
- Fully consumed packages: Packages whose credits have been entirely used are not refundable, because the service has been fully rendered.
2. How to request a refund
Email 317061911@qq.com with your account email and the order number (visible in your account order history or in your payment receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase (for example, via PayPal to your PayPal balance or linked account). Refund timing after we initiate it depends on your payment provider.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue with a payment, we ask that you contact us first — we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. You also retain the right to open a dispute through PayPal’s resolution center. This policy is provided to PayPal upon request.
5. Digital-goods exception acknowledgment
To the extent permitted by applicable law, once credits are fully consumed the transaction is considered a completed supply of a digital service and is final, except where required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
