VideoPrompt Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites www.videoprompt.vip and post.videoprompt.vip (the “Service”) operated by VideoPrompt (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
VideoPrompt is an online software tool that uses artificial intelligence to perform reverse engineering of prompts: it analyzes images or videos you upload and generates text prompts and structured descriptions that describe how similar content could be created. Access to the tool is metered through prepaid credit packages (see Section 3).
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Credits, Pricing and Payment
The Service is paid for through non-subscription, prepaid credit packages (currently: 60 credits for US$0.99, 330 credits for US$4.99, 800 credits for US$9.99; prices may change with notice shown on the Pricing page). Credits are debited when you run an analysis task. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout; local-currency amounts shown for some regions are converted by us for convenience.
Payments are processed through PayPal and other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment processor.
Credits are a digital, prepaid virtual good for use solely within this Service and have no cash value outside the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the right to process, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; (b) use the Service to generate material that violates applicable law or third-party rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent credit limits, rate limits or payment controls of the Service; (d) resell or share API access granted to you without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination for violation, remaining credits may be forfeited without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the content you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, results generated for you (such as returned text prompts) may be used in your own creative and commercial work. The Service itself, its software, design and branding remain our property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. AI-generated results are outputs of a probabilistic model and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of credits caused by third-party AI model providers’ outages.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms with reasonable notice (posting the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
